WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

After you send your message

  1. I read your message personally and reply within 24 hours with a note about availability for your date.
  2. We have a quick conversation — by email, call, or video — to make sure we’re a good fit and talk through your day.
  3. I send a proposal based on your wedding details — the right collection, a clear timeline, and everything you need to decide.
  4. You book your date with a simple contract and a deposit. From that point on, your date is yours.

Before you reach out

A few things couples usually wonder about before getting in touch. If your question isn’t here, just ask — I’m happy to answer anything.

As soon as your date is set. Popular San Antonio weekends — especially in spring and fall — book 9 to 12 months in advance. If your date is sooner, still reach out. I’ll check current availability right away.

No travel fee for weddings within the San Antonio and Austin metroplex. For destinations beyond that, travel costs are discussed transparently before anything is agreed.

We have a conversation, I send a proposal, and if everything looks right you sign a simple contract and pay a deposit. Your date is then secured and no one else can book it.

Absolutely. A quick call or video chat before booking is something I always welcome. It’s the best way to make sure we’re a good fit before anything is committed.

Yes, always. Every couple who wants honest, documentary wedding photography is welcome. My approach works for any wedding, any couple, any format.

I’ll let you know immediately and, if you’d like, I can recommend other photographers whose work I respect. I won’t leave you without a path forward.
