There’s something incredibly special about being invited to photograph friends during the most important chapters of their lives. I’ve known Nelida and Memo since high school, so capturing their maternity photos in San Antonio felt deeply personal and meaningful.
We chose The Pearl Brewery for this session—one of San Antonio’s most iconic and photogenic locations. With its beautiful textures, warm tones, and stylish urban setting, it offered the perfect backdrop for a relaxed, authentic shoot that felt like them.
The best part? They brought a touch of their personality to the session by wearing their Rayados jerseys—a fun nod to their shared passion and something that made this moment even more real. My goal is always to photograph these milestones in a documentary style, capturing the true connection between my clients without forcing them into poses that don’t feel natural.
