Wedding Photo Privacy & NDA Options

Wedding Photo Privacy & NDA Options

In a world where everything is shared instantly, privacy has become something truly valuable.

As a documentary wedding photographer, my work is built on trust. I am invited into some of the most intimate and meaningful moments of your life—moments that deserve to be treated with care, intention, and respect. While many couples are happy to have their story shared, I also understand that for others, privacy is essential.

For that reason, I offer a Wedding Photo Privacy & NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) option for couples who prefer complete discretion.

What This Option Includes

Choosing a privacy or NDA option ensures that your wedding images remain entirely confidential. This includes:

  • No portfolio use
  • No social media posting
  • No blog features or publications
  • No public-facing sharing of any kind without your written approval

Your wedding will remain yours—fully private and protected.

This option must be selected before signing the contract, as it changes how I am able to use and present my work moving forward.

A Password-Protected Experience

Regardless of whether you choose a full NDA, all weddings are delivered through a secure, password-protected online gallery.

This allows you to:

  • Share your images only with the people you choose
  • Maintain control over who views and downloads your photos
  • Keep your memories protected within a private digital space

Privacy in an Overconnected World

Today, we live in a time where images travel fast—and often without context.

Weddings, especially, can attract attention online. From social media to vendor features, a single image can be shared widely within hours. While this can be beautiful for storytelling and inspiration, it’s not always aligned with every couple’s lifestyle, profession, or personal boundaries.

Choosing a privacy option means:

  • Your personal life stays personal
  • Your guests’ presence is respected
  • Your story is not placed into public circulation without consent

Whether you are a public figure, value a low-profile lifestyle, or simply want your wedding to remain intimate, this option gives you peace of mind.

The Craft Behind the Work

Photography is not just a service—it is my craft.

Every wedding I photograph becomes part of how I communicate my vision, approach, and storytelling to future couples. The images I create are how I connect with people who resonate with my work. They allow others to understand what I see, how I feel a moment, and how I preserve it.

Because of this, most weddings I photograph are used—carefully and respectfully—to:

  • Show my work to prospective clients
  • Build a meaningful portfolio
  • Share real stories that reflect my documentary approach

That said, your comfort always comes first.

If privacy is important to you, I fully respect that decision and offer this option so you never feel conflicted between your values and your photography experience.

A Thoughtful Choice

Deciding whether to include an NDA or privacy agreement is a personal decision. There is no right or wrong—only what feels aligned with your life and your priorities.

If you are considering this option, I’m happy to talk through it with you and help you decide what feels right.

Your wedding day is yours.

Your story is yours.

And how it is shared—or not shared—should always be your choice.

Inquire About Privacy Options

If you’re interested in adding a privacy or NDA option to your wedding photography coverage, please mention it during your inquiry or before signing your contract.

I’ll walk you through everything and ensure your experience is handled with the same care and intention as the images themselves.

Fee for Privacy or NDA Coverage

The privacy or NDA option is offered as an additional paid service, which is 15% of your total photography package. This fee ensures that your wedding photos remain fully confidential and that your privacy is respected in all aspects of delivery and handling.

The fee will be clearly outlined before signing your contract so there are no surprises.
